I reckon Starbucks is a very posh place but 5.40 for a Mocha???For less you get the mocha from Costa and it's even better.I just went to Starbucks because Costa was closed and when I paid the bill I understood why.For that price I won't go again, even if it's the last coffee place.
Don’t know what’s happened to this place REALLY gone downhill and older staff seem to have been replaced by bored and disinterested staff !Have been here several times but actually will now be bypassing this to go to the Drumchapel Drive Thru.Staff NEVER repeat your order back to you at order board inevitably resulting in the wrong order (which has happened to me three times since store opened )Went round Drive Thru on Thursday ,blonde lady standing at order window playing...read full review

We broke down at the motorway services Dumbarton, with a considerably long journey to be transfered home by AA . We sat in the a Starbucks there charging phones for contact with breakdown agencies. The staff were most kind letting us sit in there untill they closed , leaving us less time to sit in a cold vehicle. Thank you so much, Starbucks your staff were amazing.
