Your normal Costa coffee, with plenty of parking and a drive through.The staff there seemed particularly friendly.Great for a business meeting.

Flat whites prepared way too hot - the milk should be just too hot to touch, anything above this scolds the milk and makes it bitter. Didn't offer to make a new one when I said it was burning hot, just got a super rude response ??

Bitterly disappointed. After Tesco Shop looked forward to sitting outside on a sunny afternoon with the dog enjoying a nice coffee. Alas at 4.15pm I tried the door only to find it locked and a small hand written note saying "Sorry Closed Early". The note had said 5 which was scribbled out and 4 overwritten suggesting this was not a one off. Suffice to say I shan't bother to waste my time trying again!

As a regular on Costa all over the UK, this one is not up to the good standards of others. Very slow to get 2 coffees and my flat white was weak - even after asking for less milk.

Getting to expensive and now changing free coffee to 10 beans instead of 8 in August
Three members of staff behind the counter - all busy cleaning/re-stocking but not one seemed willing to serve me! When I asked if anyone was serving told ‘be with you after I’ve finished this!’ Would have thought customers came first?

Took my daughter for an after school treat. Whilst queuing noticed a fly going all over the cakes and tray bake in the cabinet. Brought it to the attention of the person serving to be told “I’ll deal with it in a minute. There’s not much we can do anyway as we don’t have covers on the cabinet”. Spoke to me like I’d absolutely inconvenienced by bringing the fly to her attention . Went and sat down and didn’t see it being dealt with, or cakes removed. So if you fancy paying over the odds for cakes that have been covered by flys, visit Dumfries drive through Costa. I will not be back!!

Looked lovely but once we ordered we were told we weren't allowed to sit in the clean and cleared area, we were directed to the outer tables that weren't cleared. 4 adults 1 child. I asked if they could clear the tables but the woman was too busy cleaning the clean area so we cleared it. Shop wasn't due to close for 90+ mins. Only member of staff that smiled was the lady who served us. 100% would not recommend
