Rotten. Sent the wrong food, staff ok the phone acted like the order never came through and he had no clue. Sat repeating the same sentence “ you make comment” very rude. Usually a good service from Istanbul but the disappointment is unreal. Staff that came to the door was nothing but utterly lovely I’ll give them that

I have eaten kebabs in many places all over the world and consider myself an expert. This is the worst kebab I have ever bought. Totally inedible. Shish was very tough and full of gristle. Pakora exceptionally dry and spongy, no onion and no sauce. Avoid this takeaway at all costs.

Horrible staff in phone. My friend ordered a wrap with pakora sauce which is usually chili sauce which is on Donner meat but was in fact mayonnaise which the man on the phone said was what pakora sauce is. He was very patronising and aggressive. Waste of money do not go hereAlso phoned to see if the chips were vegetarian and he danced around the answered instead of giving a simple yes or no
