Absolutely amazing experience this time here thanks to Mo the greeter. She was such a lovely woman and very happy to do everything and anything. She was there to greet everyone saying hi and bye, just in general amazing to see someone really care about the customer service and made my day to see it ? thank you so much Mo!

Got a delivery as we are oap and my husband has lung cancer but fancied a McCrispy meal and I got a Big Mac by the time it arrived the meals were frozen to say the least we are only minutes away from the place it resulted in my husband having diarrhea totally disappointed in the service and the food.

We ordered via the mcdonalds app tonight and when our food arrived the wee mans happy meal was missing last time I called about a similar issue I was given horrible attitude on the phone and told if the driver brings it he brings it if he doesnt he doesnt, but this time the member of staff couldn't have been any nicer he told me "if the driver can't bring it I will see if one of my colleges can it should be with you within 10-15 mins if ur okay to wait" not even 15 mins later a girl in a mcdonalds uniform arrived with the wee mans happy meal I asked her if she knew who took the call and she said Reece so thank u to Reece for the outstanding customer service its nice when staff members go above and beyond and he certainly did that. Kindness costs nothing ?

It's a McDonald's, like all the rest. Costs creeping up like everything so makes for more compelling questions about the value of healthy eating vs fast food, especially if you join a busy queue to collect food, and are faced with no seating to eat your meal.

We eat at McDonald's more than I'd care to admit but normally it is purely for convenience and not because we enjoy it. We've just moved to this area and this is the best McDonald's we have eaten in years. Food has always been hot, well seasoned and delicious which is rare these days at other branches!
