Poor service.... They take everybody's orders then you all end up at the end of the counter waiting for your drink ... Some one took my drink because they thought it was theirs by the time I got mine my friend was almost finished.Parking: Always spaces but it's shared with a Greggs and a hotel .. Entrance is full of pot holes

I'm not a fan of these places but my friend decided he wanted to stop. I can't complain about the service, very polite and friendly. Price was expensive but I wasn't paying so that didn't matter. They could do with somebody to tidy up though. The 2 members of staff were busy serving customers but they could do with somebody else just cleaning up. The place wasn't tidy with dirty tables, seats and flooring. Maybe that's what you have to expect in Starbucks? I don't know...

I hate Starbucks. I sat with my son. He seemed to enjoy it

Desperately need to update closing times- consistently differ than those advertised here and in the premises window. Have been let down more than once. Being greeted with a ‘sorry we’re closed’ sign doesn’t soften the blow. Favourite Starbucks to visit otherwise.

Myself and my friends live locally, we were excited when Starbux first opened at Annan Road. I've been coming here since it opened and I consider myself as what's called a regular here. I've seen many staff and managers come and go since then which is typical of most business's in this small town. I have always enjoyed the location and atmosphere it provides, I done most of my teaching qualification essays here on my laptop, over a nice cup of Coffee, using the WiFi. The staff this year Hayden and Tyree have been lovely and work very hard at making good conversations and making me feel one of the team not just a customer! It would be from my point of view be good to see the regional manager to select a good manager to run this store because it does provide a place of peace for those searching for it. I hope it continues to maintain its good coffee and good atmosphere then I can continue to enjoy the benefits of that implemented into my lifestyle and needs as a Lecturer. I come here for a break and it's underestimated the importance of having this locally. Thanks to the staff who are friendly and make an effort to keep the place clean provide good tasting refreshments and a smile on their face despite their challenges you are to be comended.

They shut very early compared to other Starbucks. Car park at the back is accessed through a pot hole ridden road to the side. Bone shaker! We had coffee, chai latte and a couple almond croissants. Chai was warm not piping hot. Almond croissants had no almond filling-not sure if that is the staff’s issue or rather the suppliers to Starbucks though. Wasn’t the nicest Starbucks I have visited.

A great Starbucks like most. A little confused on the entrance but manageable if you drive all the way around. It was clean well presented and the staff were excellent. We took a takeaway and it didn't take too much time at

Clearly they don’t want any custom. 4.45 and shutting the seating but they grudgingly let us eat in, no smile at all, no cups only takeaway and little cake to select from.

2 days in a row now we have been waiting outside at 7 for the place to open. First day didn’t open until 7:20 second day didn’t open until 7:15 the staff all had faces like we were an inconvenience. It’s not a great service at all and very expensive compared to the other Starbucks around the country.

Staff couldn’t look less impressed that they had customers. Thought maybe they were having a bad day. I was staying away with a friend at nearby lodges so thought I’d treat us both to a decent coffee….how wrong I was! Bought 2 Grande Caramel Macchiato’s to take away and drove back to the lodge (5 mins away) when I opened cups back at lodge the were extremely poorly made and I should have ordered a tall as both cups were half filled.

Great coffee place lovely and clean BUT don't go within half an hour of it closing as the toilet facilities will have been cleaned and they'll be shut!!!

This is a really dirty disgusting place to sit and have coffee.I found when I put my hand on the window ledge I was very dirty and sticky. The seats and tables looked as if they had not been cleaned in ages and the floor was no better it also looked as if was not looked after.I always understood when people were finished eating and drinking that the tables etc were cleaned down before the next customer. The coffee if found quite expensive @ £3.75The coffee I was served was not made in a proper coffee machine whereby new beans are used every time a cup is made.I was just one of the cheap coffee machines like you get at airports and morrisons but at least at morrisons the prices reflect the machines used.I would not go to Starbucks again as to me it was a disgusting place, no wonder Greg's took over half of the cafe. And yet Starbucks get away without paying due tax like other cafes. Please don't go there.0/100Parking: Parking is for the hotel I would say. There are outside tables on site between Greg's and Starbucks.
