As all McDs food is poor and overpriced for the tiny portions on offer. The restaurant itself is freezing (I like the cold) so the food that's served lukewarm instantly goes cold. Can't understand how McDs is thriving whilst the better quality & Value Burger King is

Ignorant and unhelpful staff.Ice frappy machines always broken down apparently, however one of the better members of staff informed us nobody can be bothered cleaning the machines and being as its dairy related they have to be cleaned every day. This would seem to be fitting and in keeping with the rude and unhelpful staff
