Food was lovely. Staff were also really nice, but didn't seem to be much organisation. We were asked repeatedly how our food was by 4 or 5 different staff members. Also given wrong bill. Bill was brought out alongside card machine which didn't give much time to think let alone read the bill over. It was rectified after we questioned the price. Food made it a worth while place.

Absolute waste of time. Arrived after booking a table, said to the staff who met us that we had a table booked- wasn't even asked the name! Sat down on a very small table, looked at the menu to discover that the menu in the restaurant didn't match the online menu so the dishes we wanted did not exist. Picked alternatives but shouldn't have bothered as didn't get close to our order being taken- sat for 30 minutes without even our drink order being taken. In the meantime we had tried to book an alternative restaurant as could see other tables struggling to get their order taken. Will not be back

Visited for dinner on a saturday night 6pm. Restaurant was reasonably busy which is usually a good sign. Shown our table and could hardly get into our seats since the very close proximity of other tables/chairs. Given a pre-theatre menu (but we wanted al carte). Had to ask for a drinks menu. The new drinks menu was slotted infant of the old menu (showing the differences in price) - shoddy !!! The restaurant was playing Turkish style music pop music or similar (defiantly not italian style music). After awaiting 20min, drinks oder still not taken. Asked the waitress for some drinks then I also asked, whey food wasn't on peoples table and coming out the restaurant -"..kitchen was a little slow tonight, actually its not, its fast). We counted only 4 tables out a possible 20 with food? and the other half didn't have drinks. we left and will never return.

My gran and I ate here today at lunch. We both adored our lunch and were very pleased with the value for money. The quality of food was excellent.

Food was excellent 2nd time there in a month ,1st with work for festive meal and 2nd for my daughters 18th birthday on both occasions I would say they need a head waiter to take charge and organise as the service is not to the standard of a quality Italian restaurant, but as I say cannot fault the food ?

A group of 8 of us had a reservation at Bellini on Saturday evening and enjoyed lovely food eventually but staff and customer service left an awful lot to be desired. We got seated at the back of the restaurant and then just ignored. We waited almost an hour with no service at all, none of the waitresses came near us to offer us menus or to take a drinks order. We had to go up to ask for service and noticed then that tables that had been seated after us all had drinks and menus. The waitresses priority seemed to be to clear tables and not serve us. When we complained we were asked " what do you expect me to do do you want a complimentary drink" !! All we wanted was some service I don't think that's too much to ask for in a restaurant. Manager not available as he is the chef I was told and after complaining again about lack of service was informed to just leave if we weren't happy which I think is shocking customer service. Eventually got a waitress to take our order only to then wait another 20 mins or so for half the table to get their drinks and then another 10mins to get the rest as the waitress was just standing chatting at the bar. Absolutely no supervision at all and staff who just wandered about aimlessly. Really disappointed with our experience and think the staff need to be taught what their role actually is.

Have been here once before and found everything to be okay, however I visited on Saturday night, a table for 12 had been booked months in advance via phone. When we arrived, there was no booking. Luckily we were able to be seated as 10 (2 people didnt join us), brilliant, mistakes happen but everything was then sorted so no issue here. We were then given 3 menus between 10 of us and waited a good 15 minutes for more, without being asked for any drinks. Once drinks did arrive we were brought the wrong wine twice and there was a drink missing which we asked for again, and did not arrive. We were then left so long a friend went to the bar to get it herself. Our starters arrived an hour and a half after we did!! Between then and us leaving we had to go to the bar ourselves another 3 times, im aware Saturday's are busy and we were "unexpected" but when I went to the bar the waitress was leaning on it chatting. Had to shout orders at the waitress as she stood at the bottom of the table not bothering to walk round us, making us pass all the plates etc down to her rather than collecting. I also had a drink literally slammed on the table infront of me. During all of this there wasn't a single apology for losing the booking, slow service, incorrect / missing items! My friend mentioned at the end of the night she was unhappy with the service and we had some drinks removed from the bill, however it came with an excuse that the waitress had been shouted at by another customer. I understand this literally ruins your shift but it shouldn't have been taken out on our table and shouldn't have effected the rest of the team. For food alone I would have left 5 stars as it was delicious, the reason I have left 2 is for the food and the fact they got us a table.

Had a lovely pasta alfredo. Wine nice, staff pleasant. My only minor crticism is it's a wee bit bright for my liking and the lighting could be dimmed down a bit. Just a personal preference though and food was lovely.

got hired as waitress here for one shift, didn’t get told what to do and no help… also under 15 and was getting told to serve wine etc other alcoholic drinks chefs are suspicious and very rude do not recommend for job wise or food wise place is very unhygienic and chaotic atmosphere older staff are also rude to new waiters and have no idea about gluten free options either!
