“Who would have thought that a coffee shop across from the Seagate Bus Station could have laid on such a sublimely wonderful afternoon tea. The staff were 5 star, the sandwiches, scones and cakes were to die for. And we were there only because some friends visiting from OZ knew of it and booked a table in it, and we had never heard of it, and we are from Dundee. It's praises need to be sung loud and clear over the city!”

“This was a very interesting museum and interactive experience. It is well worth a visit or two so you can revisit what you might have missed the first time. There is so much information in the museum about the Discovery. When you are done visiting this ship, please make the 0.5 mile trek to the HMS Unicorn. The HMS Unicorn is also well worth the visit! She is a sweet ship with alot of history surrounding her. Please take the extra time to visit the HMS Unicorn!”

“Great - and I mean really, really delicious - food! Very cosy and comfy little Tapas restaurant. I‘m from Germany and don’t know my way around so I’m extremely happy I stumbled into this gem!”

“Last week my grandma and I stopped here for lunch and really enjoyed our food and drinks. I had one of their popular rainbow bagels with cream cheese and salmon and a Carmel latte, grandma had a ham and cheese croissant. We really enjoyed our lunch and would definitely return in the future.”

“Very nice cafe in the V&A. It was very busy when we arrived (it was lunchtime) - we had soup and scones - both were very good indeed (although it’s 30p for extra butter for the scones!) Staff were pleasant and helpful. We managed to get a window seat- great views over the Tay. Great place for a snack and free WiFi too. Would recommend.”

“We visited Empire Coffee in Dundee for a business meeting and were thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere inside is both stylish and relaxed, making it easy to focus and chat without any distractions. There’s a certain energy about the place that made us feel like we’d been transported straight to a café in NYC. Great coffee, great vibes, and the perfect spot for both work and leisure.”
