Staff friendly. Ordered chips and mince, macaroni and chips! Chips felt like double cooked/burnt! Poor tasting, this was approx 11pm. Would probably avoid during night in my opinion!

My youngest daughter and my wife were in the shop where my daughter purchased a rum fudge without knowing what rum means. The staff sold her the fudge and when she realised it unusual taste, she searched what rum is and when knew it is alcohol told her mom and talked to the shop that why they sold her alcohol item. The staff were arrogant and assumed they know what rum is not noticing the dress code of Muslims. Staff is lacking courtesy and training. This is bad experience for an 11 years old child.

Despite being first in queue of two people, the person behind was served first. I ordered a Lorne and egg roll which was ready suspiciously quickly, no sounds of cooking or anything. I got home to find they hadn't put the egg on. Really don't understand how you can mess up something so basic. Also the Lorne is now round like a burger which is very weird.

Just bought and consumed our lunch consisting of a cake, pie, and filled roll in tje Stobswell shop. Quality was absolutely top class. As was the service. Would definitely be back. Thankyou :)

Whoever invented those doner pies with cheese and babus sauce needs a Michelin star. They are the best pies I've ever had in my life. Absolutely perfection. Thank you.

Friendly service, good range of sandwiches and tasty macaroni cheese pies. We mainly went in for the pies because you can’t buy those in Yorkshire.

£4.20 for a bacon and link roll. Took about 40 seconds.... At that price you'd expect it to be freshly cooked but the bacon was hard and the sausages dry. Hadn't been here in years, used to be great. I'd avoid for breakfast rolls.

Great selection of pies and cakes and very friendly staff. We especially liked the macaroni cheese pies.I come to Dundee a couple of times a year and I always buy my lunch at Clarks at least once every trip.

Ordered two bridies, regular and onion. £2.70 each. Preferred onion version, both hot. Bought iced donut which was okay and the pancake with strawberry and cream, very good. Though its a small size pancake for price £2.10. Not much change from a tenner, though your paying for fresh baked food.Next time I'll go try 24/7 Clark bakery, their phone wasn't working that day. I'd tried to order from car as it was raining and windy, wasn't sure on accessible doors. As everyone uses left door(signed notice), too narrow for a wheelchair and exit door (signed notice) on other end, middle doors accessible? But without speaking to someone in bakery store, I didn't want to get out. It's a busy place with lots of customer's (a good sign) and car park full outside the bakery. There is a food app link online but choices limited and I wanted to order new York steak with peppers and onions. (based on photos taken of menu in store) It's why I tried calling instead. I did leave message on their Facebook page (messenger) they got back to me later that day. Explained that phones were down, didn't realise till later.By then I opted to try bakery in town, though they've not got wide range as the 24/7 bakery.

Tried the famous Bridie pastry in Clark's Bakery.. The mince meat was tasty and the pastry was altogether really nice and warm, though the centre of it was a little cold.

I put a review up a bad one as I got chips and coronation chicken but got home no coronation chicken.I was asked to phone Jonathan but every time I try to phone it just rings out and get cut off BAD SERVICE 100%
