Family gathering of 10. Restaurant was busy. First impression was very airy, bright and clean. Staff were very attentive. The food was on the whole very good. The starters were served in a timely manner and no-one had any complaints. Similar for main course. The sweets were a little disappointing depending on what you ordered. Very impressed! Delicious baba ganoush and warm pitta to start with followed by the best Lamb Iskender Adana and Lamb Shish we've ever tasted, the quality of the lamb was sensational. These dishes, together with the excellent service, made the perfect evening. We're keeping our fingers crossed that Milas will open a restaurant in Manchester!
