Omg what til I tell you about this costa. Went with me non-binary friend, and we had an amazing time. The food was to die for and the drinks my oh my quenched our thirst we come here every Tuesday despite having no money. But there's just something so addicting about this costa that we keep coming back for more. We love you Costa, keep being slay! :)

Usually very nice here but when I came today I asked for two iced drinks for me and my friend.I was served one perfectly fine but the other was a hot drink. I very kindly said “i’m very sorry I asked for an iced latte not hot” I was not rude whatsoever about it. However the person serving us bluntly said “no you never.”Can’t fault it otherwise and I would be fine if they had just misheard me but it didn’t feel very welcoming.

Genuinely they have the best chocolate fudge frappes I've ever had. I've had them in other costas before and nothinh compares to how well these guys make them. They put genuine care into everything they do. Highly recommend a visit

I didn't have any food. Just a drink. When I arrived at about 10:45 on a Saturday morning it was, surprisingly, fairly quiet, only about a quarter full. The service was efficient, the drink excellent. As time progressed it became rather more busy and noisy. I was very pleased to have the free Internet. I recommend this place.
Staff very polite. Coffee good. Would question the lack of lighting in some parts of seating area

Excellent customer service when I visit with my son, just like the other Costa in the city centre. Here they have enough staff available to help you so you get served very quickly and do not have to wait for a long time, unlike the other Costa in the city centre. Perhaps the manager of this store should visit the other store and share his tips for this so that your customers receive the same excellent service at both of your stores. Delicious mocha and wonderful rocky road. Thank you all for your service with a smile.

Why for such a big shop is the wait time so long? This is a big company in the UK and the service is unacceptable. No other Costa in Dundee has this problem. Not the staff’s fault, they are always lovely but to wait nearly 20 minutes for a coffee at a big company like Costa is obscene.

I like this costa a lot, especially with it having a wee outdoor area. The staff are dead friendly and seem to geniunely want to help you out! However there has been a few times now (different times of day too) where I've tried to order certain drinks and they've run out of syrups or extra ingredients for it... Sort of annoying as I only go to these coffee places for their fancy drinks, which they never seem to actually have.
