Terrible experience. There was a small bit of lettuce in the kids sandwich which is very serious. Took it back, and the manager was very rude and said, what do you want me to do? I didn't make it. Soo unprofessional and like- what on Earth ??

First time using this shop. But really impressed with quality. Staff were lovely and professional in keeping queu appraised of times as had run out of favs so cooking fresh stock. Defo be back.

Came down from Wales for the week and it’s my first time being in Scotland, came in for a quick lunch and tried to start conversation with one the staff today and complimented her tattoos and just had a blunt response and they made it clear they didn’t want to talk to me or my sister. Was flared at by the other woman on shift when we asked if we could have our baguettes heated despite the fact it wasn’t busy and received the toughest and worst chicken sandwich I have ever had it must have been a day or so old because it was awful? disappointed to get such a bad experience when just trying to frequently with a fellow Celt :( worst greggs I have ever been to, I have never had to check a product for (a non existent) use by date cause that sandwich was old

Only ever pop in here in the morning for a coffee and breakfast roll. The staff are always cheerful and professional.
Nice selection of things to eat. Friendly staff. And also had somewhere to sit. Food was great.

Family ordered trays of sandwiches and sausage rolls for a birthday party. When went to collect on the agreed day and time we found that the store was closed with a sign advising due to manager absence. Leaving us with and hour and a half to arrange a buffet for 30 people. I will never buy from this store again, absolutely shocking that no one made contact to advise the store would be unable to fill our order.
