Spent £40 on food to be delivered, driver showed up on app but didn't enter my property or even call to say they couldn't find the address. Clear delivery instructions were left through just eat but driver obviously couldn't follow instructions.Food was marked as delivered, driver had obviously stolen the food!Contacted mcd's and they advised to contact just eat for a refund. I asked them if they could ask their driver if the food was delivered successfully or left somewhere else but apparently they don't know which driver delivered?Simple... Get manager to wait for driver to come in and ask the question "Did you deliver to....?"Not difficult!

I took my grandchildren here tonight and was absolutely disgusted by the state of this place. Tables were filthy, toilets disgusting and staff couldn’t care less. No sauces or napkins at the station and no attempy to restock when staff were questioned. Absolute disgrace.

Ordered a wrap went to eat it, discovered it wasn’t folded at bottom all contents fell out and landed on my floor, dog came in ate the filling of wrap, me left with empty wrap and still hungry :/

Too busy very dirty at times and shabby looking have walked in then out on many an occasion. Mcdonalds is no longer fast food in my opinion as service now is slow as priorities seem to be with just eat and the likes. You get a good burger at fridays accross the road just as quick and tastes well

Ordered a large mcspicy meal and my drink was way less than 500ml , my chips were basically a small portion thrown in a large box and they were cold. Very disappointing as I stood waiting only to get a small meal sold as large. What a joke.
