Absolutely disgusting service from mcdonalds put in an order when I was down at mcdonalds got asked to park up as they where busy which was fair enough but after I thought I got all my food only to get home opens everything up and noticed there are no chicken selects so phones them up regarding this there response from the manager shawn ah come down and we will replace this for you so I have to come all the way down there again and waste my petrol money not to mention I don't keep well as it is all for mcdonalds mistake and this is not the first absolutely ridiculous in any walk of life if I went into asda and got something and walked out without paying I'd get lifted and banned but mcdonalds can take your money that you pay and not give you your food that you paid for in my eyes that's stealing and something has to be done with this not to just offer there customers to come down and replace the missing items but compensate for petrol money or they can come up with it there selves better still should phone police as they stole my money that I gave them and didn't get my items. I won't be back at that mcdonalds in camperdown and i am going to take this higher regarding the treatment I got from mcdonalds and the item I didn't get. No understanding at all.

My partner has just witnessed a McDonald staff member use the toilet facilities, then left without washing his hands whilst on duty!!!!!!The male toilets were disgusting with urine spills both fresh and old.Eat here if you dare!!!
