They never ever get my order right. I am upset with this because my order always gets messed up. Several times I haven't gotten a cheeseburger, always forgotten. I ordered an Apple Pie for my dinner and I never got it I am sat here sad, upset and crying.
We used the drive through, the individual on the ordering system was excellent. The food was ok, most of it was cold which was a shock as had to park up and wait for it. The individual who handed the food at the car was also excellent.

Sitting on a frosty morning in Dundee, with low lying moon in sight, beautiful sky and even caught sight of geese migrating South. Coffee 10/10. Regret my food choice of bacon roll. Should have chose a mcmuf and too much Tommy k. Jack from customer care was great and actually initiated support twice, first to support linking app to self service and then again to fill up water bottle. Establishment is however lacking good tap water. Thanks Jack for your good service
