Always friendly service from the staff whilst they get your order ready. Coffee , Gelato and Waffles are absolutely delicious. Highly recommend people check them out if never been before.

Had lunch here recently, but I've been here many times over the years. Apart from their amazing ice cream, the food is delicious. We had seafood linguine, lasagne, saltimbocca chicken, and pizza for my granddaughter. Coffee was good, and the service was brilliant, too

If it were possible, I would rate it higher. Made a delivery today. The courier arrived on time and my request was fulfilled, which I left when placing the order, the food was hot as if it had just been cooked. Everything is very delicious. I was very satisfied. Prices are normal. I will definitely order from this establishment from now on.

Just popped in for an ice cream. The weather wasn’t great so thankfully there was no queue. So much choice! The cafe seemed really nice too. Ice cream was delicious and not too expensive
What an amazing place!! My son has multiple allergies and the staff here could not have done enough for us! Firstly, the lovely girl who served us acknowledged the difficulties of having allergies and asked her manager for further advice. He immediately offered some freshly made ice cream (so often ice cream is not an option!) and then made it to suit my son’s preferences. He then suggested that if we should come back, I could call ahead and he would arrange an option that was suitable for him. Honestly, the friendliest, most helpful and accommodating people ever! I should also say the ice cream was the best ! Thank you so much for making our day x

We waited a while to be seated but I think that was due to where the waiting area is rather than there were no tables. You are out of the eyeline of staff and are not seen. There also didn't seem to be a designated person to seat customers. Once seated the service was quick. 3 adults and 1 child in a highchair. The menu is quite large for such a small café and includes lots of Italian food. A long list of pasta and pizza dishes are available. The children's menu was very small and limited, but I assume you could order anything from the menu in a smaller portion for them. The cafe is licenced to sell alcohol although we only had tea and coffee. We all had ice creams from the special ice cream menu which is fairly large. The server didn't know what flavours were available, and as the counter was very busy we couldnt get close to see for ourselves so our choices were limited to gueww work. The portion sizes were good and we didn't have long to wait. Lots of cookies in the cookies and cream sundae. The raspberry snowball sundae was really tasty. The price was good at £7.50 per sundae. That's pretty average for the area and the ice cream is very good. Visocchi's is an institution in Broughty Ferry and I have been going since childhood and taking my children and now my grandchild there. It is very busy but you can order takeaway ice cream as well as pizza. They also have a small section of deli and cakes. There was a problem with the ladies toilets yesterday so everyone had to use the gents but the staff checked before allowing females in!!!

Disappointed to arrive with my husband and kids as we planned to have lunch in the restaurant However on arrival discovered we were not able to do so as this premises is not wheelchair accessible and my husband would not have been able to come in with us ?
