The table yesterday was disgusting All sticky and dirty. I had to clean the stains of myself with some elbow grease. But the stains had been there for a while you could tell. I will not be going back there not impressed its the first time av been aswell poor show guys.

We are in Costa most days, great staff and service. However, on Main Street, Halbeath, coming off the roundabout to approach the small retail park, there are a couple of potholes that have been in the road for ages which are getting worse. As A business, can you get the council to fix these. Your staff must be aware of them and you don’t want my barriers to people calling into your unit.

Scanner broken for over 2 months now can't get loyalty rewards so I didn't buy anything managment should have fixed this issue ages ago

I am giving 2 stars because usually the person actually making the coffee is reasonably pleasant but the service and management in general is so poor. Everytime I go to this Costa it is always so slow and the staff fairly ignorant and inattentive. They are more interested in dancing about and chatting to their workmates than the service they offer customers. I always leave feeling irritated about something whether it's a missed item from my order or the order is wrong or I've been forgotten about completely! On my recent visit I actually poked my head between the covid screens to try and get their attention because it was taking so long for them to finally pick a cake up and out it in a bag for me!! Even then they pretended that they didn't notice...

This Costa stands head and shoulders above other local coffee shops and indeed other Costas. The staff are friendly and professional and the tables are cleaned and sanitised quickly after a table is vacated.

Takeaway or sit in. The usual range of coffee,tea and food you'd expect from Costa. Shop is inside cinema, but accessible from outside. There was a queue but moved fairly quickly. There's not much space as this is quite a small outlet, which was ok because shop wasn't busy at the time, but could be a problem during busier times.\\nCoffee was good.

Coffee was tasty but the service was slower than I've ever experienced. To cap matters the machine ran out of coffee beans and when this was mentioned to a male staff member he said he had to make a phone call, priceless!!\\nI suggest that If you're not serving coffee, because you have no beans, then Costa Coffee at the Odeon Dunfermline will be overtaken by other outlets.
