I have been a customer for years , even recommended the food however, I placed an order last night online then received an email to say order was cancelled. I phoned the shop and was told I had used the wrong online service. I re ordered on the correct site, after an hour we still had no food. I called the shop and was shouted at and verbally abused by the owner, and was told our food was out for delivery. We received our food 5mins after the call. The order was Stone cold and most definitely NOT fresh ingredients (the pitta tasted very funky) my partner called the shop and we met with the same verbally abusive ower. Avoid this place at all Costs to say its went down hill is an understatement. Disgusting food and equally as bad customer service

This is my go to place in Dunfermline for pizza and kebabs. Prices are cheap and portion sizes are generous. I would recommend their Italian calzone.

This is totally untrue we have used La Zara since it opened.We actually bought a house nearer,the delivery service is second to none.The quality is good and everything is a reasonable price .I was reading a review and what a conisuer chips n cheese.Its folk like them that affect small business.Anyone reading this.Its bull and La Zara are impeccable.❤️❣️

La zara used to be great cheap n cheerful quick food. The price has risen and the quality of food doesnt reflect this to justification. Ordered chips CHEESE and donner. Literally had 5 strands of cheese. Like im paying you for it why not provide?
