We went for tea at 7pm. It wasn't very busy with people in the restaurant but they were busy with takeaways. I always find with this restaurant that the takeaways are always a priority. We waited a fair bit on our food and the chips were a bit soggy and not very hot. We will go back though.

Do not order as they have messed up my order from just eat all I got was 20 nuggets and a cola for £28 someone got my order where I didn't and they won't refund me

Total shambles ordering today. I did a click and collect order for collection point 11 outside. There was an error with the app so it told me I had to go into the restaurant. I went in, showed them the error with the app and that I was at click and collect 11. I decided just to wait and get my order. Just as well as the staff put the whole order together and proceeded to take it to table 11. The guy sitting there didn't even say "that's not my order".... It took him over five minutes just sitting there breathing and talking over the food before he bothered to tell someone it wasn't his. Clearly he was debating on just keeping it. I had to actually go over and say to the staff what they had done. I told them I did not want the chips since they had been sat in front of someone else talking over the food and they replaced the chips and bagged things up. I told the guy at the till when I came in that it was click and collect.... Then when bagging up the order, they kept telling me they don't have a drive through. I said I know! Because it was click and collect!!! Not using them again after this fiasco.

Not as nice as I was told by people who have been there many times - felt odd making coffee for everyone (self service) it's a MacDonalds and coffee should be made by them !!

Me and my partner and maw in law went in to McDonald's and we all had something to eat and drink any it was good so go check it out inside asda dunfermline brilliant

Considering it was seriously busy the service was extremely fast. Most staff had hairnets on and it was nice and clean. Food was hot and fresh, fries actually had a decent amount of salt on them and it’s nice to be able to grab a snack after getting the shopping done.
All 5 burgers were cold and the chips were not much better. And 2 of the 3 vanilla milkshakes tasted of banana. Flour manager doing not much apart from playing with his phone and chatting to his friends. Seating was also quite uncomfortable.

McDonald’s lunch time was busy.. collected food after 10 min wait.. it wasn’t too warm.. if I hadn’t been with a young person I would’ve complained and walked out.. service very slow.. a table of 3.. 2 people got their meals the other only got theirs after a 20 min wait having asked an assistant.. we ordered a McFlurry at 12 32 pm.. had to ask for it at counter at 1pm.. had quietened by this time…definitely not the best experience …the couple next to us actually returned some of their food as it was cold... I wouldn’t hurry back

Sadly, McDonald's has let dangerous driving become part of its business. Regular walk in and drive through customers have to wait longer while Just Eat etc get their orders then speed round town dangerously.

Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They always have too much staff on for a casual day. Not a single one of the order screens print a recipe and I've been a few times.Staff seem to hate using the till so just point customers to the order screen unless they are coming from them due to a payment failure.Only good thing to say about this McDonald's is because it's in a Asda it gets enough customers that food is pretty fresh.
