Never had any issues until today. staff are usually very helpful and always very friendly, on the odd occasion there are delays in the the drive thru which is understandable and usually at this point a member of staff usually would say through the speaker just a moment but today there was nothing , so as I've had to do in the past I drove to the first window (order window) where I was greeted by a worker who just looked at me like she was lost , after a second or two she asked me what my order was which I then told here I had waited and no-one responded so I came to order at the order window . At this point she told me I was she couldn't take my order at the order window. I then asked her if she was sure as I have never ever had any issues with this in the past to which the response was just sorry I can't take your order , I've ordered at the window plenty of times and never an issue , I'd advise further training for the staff , more based around problem solving , a suggestion would be be to say to the customer yes sure no problem take the customers order then at the next window politely ask them to park up in a bay and they will bring the order to the car problem solved. Pretty appalling service like I said at the beginning I have never had an issue prior to today.

So the app wasn't working correctly and kept stating I wasn't at the restaurant; the store colleague wasn't able to take the order using the till, when asked why she just walked off whilst shrugging her shoulders.After persisting with the app for approx. 20mins i managed to complete my order althought the order i received was less than satisfactory.. Burger was clearly thrown together and the fries were as cold as the service from the young lady that threw the order onto the table to me.I cannot recommend or return

Absolutely awful experience on more than one occasion, the last 3 times I have ordered food from here there has been part of the order missing and its been cold!! I am done with them now! will never use this riot of a place again! and when you contact them to complain they are not interested at all got told to contact just eat as its them who I ordered through, so I have just to accept half the order I paid for is missing its not there problem they made a mess of it contact just eat!! ABSOLUTE SHAMBOLIC SET UP! I would avoid this place at all costs.

Do NOT shop here on a Saturday if you’re in a hurry. Food was cold, missing order had to stand in a queue with people with the same issue. Drive thru waste of time. Service staff on the 7th October 2023 morning shift absolutely useless and didn’t know how to do their job. A visit to McDonald’s definitely did not make our day.

Worst chicken mcspicy I've had. Very small was lost in the roll. Cold and flavourless. Staff very couldn't be bothered attitude. This was in Fife Leisure Park. Won't be back.

No human interaction, breakfast flatbread cool, as was the coffee, handed a hot 1 when I pointed it out, no apology, just a shrug off the shoulders. No ketchup, salt or napkins without having to go to a counter that can best be described as a poor copy of the counter at the local motor factors.
The drive through used to be superb for it's cappuccino but in recent months while prices have increased the amount of coffee in the cup has steadily reduced and is now beyond the joke. We won't be back.

Slow service even off peak. Generally prioritising online orders rather than face 2 face transactions. Food not always hot rather sad and soggy , especially the chips.Parking: Good amount of parking but at times not totally accessible due to drive thru queues
