Stayed here 1 night great location with plenty of parking. Rooms are the typical premier inn style, clean and tidy. Staff on reception were grand. Restaurant across the car park makes for a easy and decent dinner location. Also a range of alternative restaurants in the close

Checked into Premier Inn Dunfermline hoping for a hot shower, but ended up in a disabled room with its own personal VIP seating – because nothing says luxury like watching yourself shower. Tried to discuss this unique feature with receptionist Jack, who expertly mastered the art of bush-wandering and nonsense-spouting. The heating played hide and seek, leaving me with a cold room, so make sure to pack a personal heater or risk waking up as a human popsicle. The loo, a true pioneer in low-maintenance living, resembled an ancient artifact. If you dream of a refreshing shower and a cozy night's sleep, this hotel is your nightmare come true. Sweet dreams!

Do not book a stay at this hotel, the rooms were incredibly dated and filthy. We had room 125, which had masking tape all over the walls, dirty carpet, the toilet seat had yellow stains, mould growing on the tiles in the bathroom, which also smelt strongly of urine and had hardly any lights working, the room was so dark and dingy. It’s a world away from the usual Premier Inn standard. I’ve been waiting over a month for a full refund from Premier Inn!Rooms: Dated and dirtySafety: Chavs hanging around in the car park. Area is very roughNoteworthy details: Don’t waste your money on this hotel

Had a lovely stay here. On an industrial/leisure park. The people on reception were lovely and very helpful. Check in was very easy and the room was lovely and clean with tea, coffee facilities and towels and hand soap/shower gel. Vending machine in reception area plus tea, coffee, sugar sachets for paying guests if required. The only issue we had was WiFi wasn't great. We upgraded to the premium but it did keep cutting out and we did have issues with making calls on our mobiles which again kept cutting out calls but other than that a great stay. Restaurant next to the hotel plus plenty of options for meals out. McDonald's, KFC,Frankie and Benny's, Pizza hut, Tim Hortons etc plus a pool/snooker entertainment place, Odeon cinema and Bingo all on the same estate. Would recommend

I stripped the bedding down to discover that I had been given a pillow that was blood stained, duvet had a massive yellow stain perhaps urine? I requested another pillow and the replacement one that was given to me had a hair on.The room I was in 131 you could hear alot of street noise. When I complained about the blood stain I was given a half hearted sorry but no I will escalate this to the manager so housekeeping are aware they need to pay attention to detail and deliver reasonable standards of cleaning.

I stay in many Premier Inn’s for work. And also occasionally use for leisure, always have a well slept night in a Premier Inn! Our receptionist, bless her, she had been doing a long shift and was so friendly and very helpful when we had a problem with our key card. She sorted it. Also our room was supposed to be twin but was double. She made it up to a twin for us. And left us a treat plus thank you note for being patient guests. Very pleased with the service and would recommend Andrea for excellent customer service!

Room lovely and clean. Staff really helpful and friendly they were all very smart in their uniforms. Parking was available right outside the front door. Lots of spaces were available. The whole hotel very clean all through out. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Unfortunately, was really disappointed with the associated restaurant 'crooked glen'. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone else. Found the food utterly disgusting.

Overall usual standard of Premier In. Unimpressed with the humungous price hike. Two years ago we stayed in a Premier Inn for £78 now the price is £163. I really don’t know how this price can be justified. The very basic facilities are exactly the same. This stay was great for the entertainment around the hotel but not so good forr the noise after midnight of cars raising about the car park. I thought I had left the tv on watching the film Fast and Furious with all the wheel spins in the car park. I didn’t pay nearly £10 for breakfast opting for a much cheaper McDonald’s. Always clean and efficient but vastly overpriced. Sorry.

The room I stayed in was very small for a family room. It was clean but there was a musty smell in it, even with the window being opened. There was no air conditioning but a fan was provided. It was ok, but not as good as having the whole room temperature controlled. The beds were comfy, although one wasn't made up for us arriving at 5pm. It was made up for us when we left for dinner and we were given some chocolate for our children as an apology. The hotel is quiet at night, which was brilliant and the location is really handy for the bridge/getting in to Edinburgh or Queensferry etc.
