16:30 asked for two tuna salads, no Tuna very little ingredients left. There were two staff on, a 16 and 17 year old who looked like they had been dropped in it and they certainly had. However, both apologised for the lack of product but put together two nice alternatives. They were both polite and conscientious and I can't praise them enough. However, whoever runs this branch needs to ensure you have the stock before bigging the place up, It will help. I would still recommend going as it was maybe just a blip and hopefully not a regular occurrence.

feel bad for the poor kids working here who clearly havent had any training, nobody knows what theyr doing, the guy asked me what was in the turkey breast sandwich.... manager was through the back chopping veg and not helping at all. staff would do one job and then go and chat in the back, had to ask to pay for my sandwich as the staff member just wrapped it up and left it at the till. it was also left to get cold after toasting while they chatted openly while customers were waiting. food was awful my partner had to throw theirs away as it was disgusting. i ate mine but felt sick afterwards. food prep area was dirty, loads of foods mixed up in the wrong containers. honestly terrible, avoid.

Ordered the SubMelt meal deals for 2 via Uber eats.Arrived more than 1 hour later. Driver went to the wrong address and caused some delay. However the food arrived with both sandwiches squashed and flattened because they were placed on the bottom of the bag, which took the weights of the drinks and sides. Was really disappointed but ate all the sandwiches despite the terrible condition because we were starving having waited for more than an hour

Came in about 5 o clock was greeted by 2 boys who made a great sandwich’s and had a lovely chat with me really recommend this place!!! And good

Took a while to be served. Once served most of stuff was not available. Meat salad sauces. Youd expect most things available. Staff lacked confidence/training. Like subway but you wouldn't spend money if thats what its going be like.

Went I for takeaway ordered the new VI Brie and the staff did not not how to make this up 2bpeople trying to serve us o e of them actually walked away kinto the back area as she did not know what to do.They said it was new so did not know what to do and all the staff are newIn the end I walked out without any foodService was shocking went to the Cowdenbeatj store staff amazing sandwich was really good

Over 1 hour waiting time for delivery , food arrive cold + foot long wasn't cut on half , wrong bagget, I ordered Italian cherbs and cheese and get plain cold nad hard to bite, dirty with Egg from deferent order and found prices of steak in chicka tikka , also foundblack long hair in it ? , cherry pepsi instead of pepsi Max. The worst £40 spend in my life.... that was my last order in any subway...... ???

Terrible. Only ordered 3 things, one didn’t arrive and other two were missing the meat. Phone rings out. Over £30 spent for nothing. Conveniently no receipt attached to the bag..

Avoid..half of the order was missing and the orders that were received were missing the meat. The phone number on Google is disconnected and the one on Facebook rings out. £20 spent for a few bits of salad.

All the toppings looked like fish guts, spilling over into to each different tray, not good for any one with allergies, looked like it could have been doing with a tidy up, plus some of the ingredients did not look that fresh or appetising.

Terrible place . Staff have no customer service. Rude and not helpful. Only 1 young girl called Lauren was polite and helpful. The rest of the staff need a bullet

I'm pleased I went to the subway myself as I was able to see what the guy was putting on my sub I asked for a 6ins with chicken teriyaki was told it had changed to chicken and you get the teriyaki sauce on at the end which was fare enough and toasted with cheese all going ok until you get to the guy who can't smile asked for onions which were pilled in the middle 3 slices of cucumber 3 slices of tomato when you ask to have lettuce you would expect a good handful no I could count the bits be lucky if there was 6 bits on it 2 squeezes of teriyaki sauce also asked for sweet onion sauce 2 squeezes then I asked if I could please have more lettuce. The only person who had any customer service was the cashier 5 stars for her won't be going back in a hurry

Was in early today found the staff member who served me quite rude. Got my order wrong. Then went on to serve man behind me and got his order wrong. No apologies just shoved the things back in the boxes at counter and started again. Much prefer Hospital Hill branch but unable to get parked.
