I had never been in the pancake place before my friends and I went in waited a couple seconds the lady came to us to our seats it was really busy the food was really really good so friendly I will definitely be going back.Dietary restrictions: I didn't pay much attention to the menu but I saw on a board gluten free available.Kid-friendliness: There were loads of kids there with there parents and a couple of people in mobility scooters.Wheelchair accessibility: It was spacey enough to get a wheelchairs in.

This is awesome. I had a delivery to my work and the food was superb. Very well packaged and still hot when it arrived. Will definitely do this again.

Really expensive for what it is £16 for a stack of pancakes and juice really overpriced decent Italian near by does a two course lunch for almost the same price Others got burger or macaroni. Macaroni home made but really dry Burger okay nothing special again a bit dry It is an okay place for food but really over priced for what it is £3:45 for a regular juice and the glass was half filled with ice I understand rising costs but these prices are just not fair Place was busy enough but I won’t be back mainly due to expensive price for mediocre food

went today for lunch with family and waitress was sooo unbelievably rude , so unhelpful and even raising her voice to my two year old for drawing on the table by accident with a CRAYON that easily wipes with a wipe , to the point where we actually got up and left without getting any food

It was the early afternoon, 11am or thereabouts. My friends and I decided that we would visit the PANCAKE PLACE in Dunfermline for a late birthday lunch. At about 11:05, we approached the entrance to the Pancake Place, only to be hit with a waft of vinegar and what seemed like wet rag - strange, I know! You'd think they'd at least have an air freshener. Anyways, regardless, we were seated very quickly, by a fine waiter with a feminine voice. Though, to my disgust, when we got to our assigned table, it was STICKY and there was sugar all over the place - enough to put you off a hearty meal! Eventually, we ordered drinks. They are VERY expensive, so please do not come here if you are on a low income. It was £3.50 for a soda and orange juice - RIDICULOUS! My dear friend also ordered a peach iced tea. But, to our horror, it was just LIPTON in a glass at a very high price (£4.50!). It was also very gooey and sweet - avoid! When we finally placed our food order, we were yet again disgusted. The chips were the best thing about the meal, unfortunately. My friend and I ordered the soup which was watery and flavourless; my friend also got a "baguette" with her soup, it was only really one of those ones you flung in the oven that you get from Morrisons - very pricey too. My other friend ordered a toastie, but, to her disgust, it was very thin - no filling whatsoever. It was as if a tiny bit of jam was holding two slices of cheap, ALDI bread together - very unappetising. Finally, my dear vegetarian friend ordered a hotdog. TOO EXPENSIVE! £9.50 - a horrid price. To sum up, our visit here was substandard. If you like cold burgers and chips that are overpriced, then this is the place for you! It should be called the shartcake place!

I love this place, I’ve been coming for years and it’s always been consistently good. Value for money. This morning I come in with my daughter it’s her forth birthday and the staff went above and beyond they made her pancake into the number four with a candle and sang her happy birthday, which was really lovely for them to go above and beyond.
