Have you watched the film "the founder" where ray Kroc the guy who created the modern way of fast food. He gets served a burger straight away after ordering it. Sadly those days are gone now and you have to wait ages for you food and the restaurant is empty as everyone is ordering on just eat.

Absolutely disgusting!! Almost an hour waiting for delivery from this restaurant. I have a cup of dairy fluff that used to be ice cream. I have a cup of Coke that has gone flat because all the ice has melted. Stone cold fries and burgers completely inedible. This restaurant is a disgrace, even in person prioritise delivery, but they make it so early, it’s not even on the heat lamp on a cold table for almost an hour. Save your money cook at home This restaurant needs to be shutdown. Absolutely disgusting

delivery driver called amd said he was outside 25ms later nowhere 2 b seenon just eat app down as deliveredcalled McDonalds passed the buck onto just eat emailed just eat .the reply we will get back to you in a few daysGET DRIVERS WHO SPEAK ENGLISH PLEASE

Fourth or fifth time of ordering for delivery when at least one item has been missing. Won't be using Queensway Mcdonalds again.

9 times out of 10 the order is wrong. Missing food or food not customised even though the sticker on the burger box says it is. Definitely check your order before driving away!

This has to be the best McDonalds wd have had in ages very hot both the chicken & the chips. Only down side was yet agsin no irn bru. This has been the case for way too long.. spoils the experience of having what you want and I hate other fizzy juices. Do come on McDonalds stop cost cutting and give us our irn bru.The staff were lovely one young man in particular served us and went over and beyond helping us. Great service. Now Get the Irn bru Sorted you can't keep advertising having it and don't.Parking: The parking is free but car park is a nightmare to get in and out of. It's built wrongly for cars trying to turn inKid-friendliness: Yes it's what McDonalds is all about kidsWheelchair accessibility: Doors are easy access. Electronic and wide for wheelchairs

around 8am getting a sausage and egg muffin meal. got the hot chocolate as hot drink. went back to the van ready to eat only to find my hash browns soaked in hot grease (woman on frying duty didnt shake them once), grease covered on the bag and my hands. My muffin resembled a cow pat. to top it off i dont think ive ever had a worse hot chocolate in my life. picture hot water poorly diluted with hot coco mixture??, and no milk. yuck
Ordered a big tasty meal with bacon and one without so at the very least I expect bacon on the one with as I’ve paid for it , but sadly not , even came in the the box with bacon written on it ,

Some of our order was missing, frustrating after asking if the items were included in the boxes. I should have double checked but its basic stuff to get an customers order right.

Usually go there on Sat night for takeaway after grocery shopping with my kids. However, this McDonald's is always super busy. We usually need to wait for 20+ mins and yesterday we waited for 35+ mins! Feel bad for the staff tools as they were non-stop! Just not sure why it is always that busy!
