Usually go there on Sat night for takeaway after grocery shopping with my kids. However, this McDonald's is always super busy. We usually need to wait for 20+ mins and yesterday we waited for 35+ mins! Feel bad for the staff tools as they were non-stop! Just not sure why it is always that busy!

Approached counter to order but no one acknowledged my presence despite there being several staff near the counter on the kitchen side and 2 staff at the counter doing other things. I eventually asked can I order here and someone said yes. I then asked if I hadn't spoke to you would someone have ever said can I help you or something. The person said I didn't know you wanted to order and I said, why else would I be standing here if not just to be ignored. No apology although person...read full review

We went to the drive through and were told to take a parking space. We waited about 10 minutes and sent my daughter in to see what was happening, the food was sitting waiting for someone to bring it out ? when we got home my husband had ordered a mccrispy which came with something like a chicken select and the bun was burnt on the edge . Won't be rushing back there.
