Wouldn't do a kids plant burger. Have it your way is clearly a thing of the past. Prices also terrible for quality of food.Vegetarian options: Only do what the computer says. I.e. nothing. Staff appear to have had about 10 mins training.

Food was okay but the customer service from the staff there is appalling, staff have very unprofessional service skills, they could definitely use some staff training around customer service. When you show your upset over the service there, they just give you attitude and mess up your order, if I wouldn’t buy take out and go home I would ask for them a refund. Am not sure if this is to get back at you or what but this isn’t a good look for the whole brand.

The managers were very helpful in sorting issues very quickly. I had an issue with the payment on my online order but they sorted it very quickly and the staff was very helpful as well.

Smells funny, unclean. Door to toilet wedged open due to faulty door. I won't even mention the toilet inside. Don't recommend. Waited 10 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers,

The food was decent, but unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the staff, including the manager. It seems like they could benefit from some additional training on how to provide better customer service and show respect to their customers. Additionally, they weren't very helpful when I had questions or concerns. I believe I'll be exploring other dining options in the area on my next visit. Hopefully, the management can address these issues for a more enjoyable customer experience.
