We've been coming here for years now and always had excellent service and food. You get good portion sizes and excellent quality for the money you pay. Tonight was the first time we had a slight complaint about the food. It was absolutely not enough to spoil our meal but our server (The lovely Plimò) went straight to his manager and we were offered all sorts of things to make up for it. Was served by Greg today. Amazing attentive waiter who is clearly passionate and willing to go the extra mile for a customer.Gf and I ordered grilled chicken ramen, chicken gyoza ramen, and two kimchees.Greg made sure to go through the order with us before placing to make sure it was correct.Food came promptly and was delicious all round (kimchee is amazing!!)Totally recommend :)

This Wagamama has stellar service every time we are here in person or order via deliveroo.We usually get seated quickly, although on a Friday or Saturday night it can take 15-20min. The server that usually greets people is very nice and straightforward. The food arrives in Wagamama style quickly in the order they are finished. To our experience, the Donburi bowls take the longest, whilst a Katsu Curry can arrive within a few minutes. A Ramen depends on the night and varies a lot....read full review
