Don't bother with Click & Collect. Staff consistently ignores the ticket machine so you end up having to wait after pointing out your order. This isn't once in a while... It's frequent with the present staff.

We visited her twice on our trip once early in the morning and once late at night and both times the staff were helpful frequently and polite and the coffee was one of the best I've had for NeroWheelchair accessibility: My partner had her assistance dog with her and was just left alone to get coffee which is amazing no hassle whatsoever will return next time In Edinburgh

I have found Railway station Nero's to be just about bad coffee and frustrated staff.

Service absolutely horrid, 2nd visit and same member or staff seems to have a severe attitude verging on angry. I work in hospitality and customer care is essential especially if you want people to return. The coffee as always is lovely. Usually visit argyle St branch and always very pleasant but won't be back to edinburgh

An excellent place to have a quick coffee at Edinburgh Waverley Station. The decor looks very tired and the seating is sparse and uncomfortable.
