I've always had consistently acceptable experiences at this Nero. Thank goodness!On the plus side; this is a fully stocked Nero, with a chunky range of food, including baked goods and I've never known it to be excluded from marketing offers. We visited her twice on our trip once early in the morning and once late at night and both times the staff were helpful frequently and polite and the coffee was one of the best I've had for NeroWheelchair accessibility: My partner had her assistance dog with her and was just left alone to get coffee which is amazing no hassle whatsoever will return next time In Edinburgh
