Hot chocolate wasn't very hot but that's normal for Costa.

I didn't actually visit today, thanks for assuring me I did.My memory isn't quite that bad yet, in fact it's so good that I always remember not to go to Costas.I'd gladly recommend that you shouldn't either.

This is my favourite coffee shop by far. The staff are always extremely helpful and make the best coffee. Luis, Matthew and the rest of team always give the best customer service and I wouldn't go anywhere

Disappointing Coffee from this branch. Ordered a caramel latte, but I could've found more caramel in a plate of spaghetti bolognese!Served relatively quickly, and staff were polite, so there were no issues there.Male toilets would be better suited in The Shire, although I doubt even Frodo could fit in them! Practically have to climb on the loo to shut the door ... And I am by no means portly! Poor planning and not very customer friendly!
