Staff was serving other folks infront of us as they didn't seem to know who was next. No communication between them, my wife had to say as 2 others got our drinks. The lad that served us was good, the 2 lasses were lost.

The service was terrible, the " extra hot lattes" were look warm, we were not offered sauce or cuttlery with the beacon rolls. the toilets were unacceptable, the ladies toilet seat was broken, the hand dryer was not working and the floor littered with paper. This is the worst Costa we have ever been

Always busy, well when I've been in anyway, just what you would expect for the city centre, always got a seat tho, staff are super polite and efficient, work well together in a tight space, hats off to them. I will be back no doubt as it is very convenient for my work. ☕?Parking: You need to be brave to walk away and leave you car out of sight if not on a meterKid-friendliness: Friendly staffWheelchair accessibility: Easy access, can sit outside if weather permits
