Always busy, well when I've been in anyway, just what you would expect for the city centre, always got a seat tho, staff are super polite and efficient, work well together in a tight space, hats off to them. We popped in to this Costa location on a rainy Tuesday. The staff are friendly and service was quick. Lovely iced latte. We were able to grab a table at the front window, which was a bonus.

Staff was serving other folks infront of us as they didn't seem to know who was next. No communication between them, my wife had to say as 2 others got our drinks. The lad that served us was good, the 2 lasses were lost.
