The lady who served me today(Joyce)had the best customer service I have ever experienced in Greggs ,not only is she super friendly and funny but she is also super helpful ! I would recommend this

Showed up at 6:20 and there was no bakery items besides donuts? The lady said that Sausage Rolls alone wouldn’t be done until about 6:40. Why not open at 7 if the food won’t be ready until then?

We visited Greggs whilst away on holiday. I normally love Greggs and the food was fine. The tables were all dirty and the ladies toilet was awful.

Worst Gregg's I've ever been to, keep cancelling online orders just before I'm supposed to collect & you don't get refunded for 2 weeks. Shambles of a shop!
