This place was so cool. I had never been to Edinburgh or even Scotland so when i googled "metal bars Edinburgh" this came up and seemed fun. I was shocked at how cool this place was. I had never been to a place like this before in Vancouver. Each little room had its own vibe. I like it, the staff are busy but friendly and it's one of the nicer venues open late in the centre of Edinburgh, a small cinema space often shows classic movies and you could spend an hour exploring the character of its many small rooms/arches. The beer is OK but their range of mysterious cocktails makes up for that in conjunction with their reasonable prices considering its the city centre. It's definitely a cool bar to visit, but I think I was expecting more given its meant to be extremely haunted and like a labyrinth.I liked the rock/alt vibes, music was good, staff were pleasant. I think touring the vaults and stuff would be great to get the spookier elements.
