Went for cocktails in the evening to the bar area. It was a Tuesday night, so not took busy. Cocktails were very tasty and service was super friendly. Would recommend and will be back!

Visited Juniper for our group of ladies Christmas and was really impressed with our visit .. Maisie was our waitress in the lounge and was a very personable girl with a lovely manner serving us our cocktails. She took us through to our table with a lovely smile and pleasant manner. All your waiters were wonderful and the whole experience was great with Maisie and her lovely personality standing out. Will definitely come back and recommend to others

Recently met at Juniper for pre-drinks before heading into Twenty Princes St. Pre-booked our drinks table as it's a very busy bar - we were looked after by the lovely Maisie who looked after us extremely well with a big smile! Kept us updated as to when our table would be ready before heading into dinner. Love this place, it feels glamourous without being stuffy and the cocktails are amazing! Defo recommend (but pre-book a table if there are a few of you)

Met for pre-dinner drinks (16/12/23). So glad we had our table pre-booked as the place was so busy. For a reason though. Great selection of drinks and decent prices for Edinburgh city centre. Beautifully dressed for the season ???. All credit to the young lady (Maisie) who was serving us. Run off her feet but never stopped smiling and very helpful when we had various queries. She is a credit to this bar.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at Juniper for hosting our team lunch for over fifty on 23rd November. A very special thanks to Claire Connell who has a patience of a Saint. She's been extremely helpful throughout organising process and was making last minute changes just few hours before our arrival. She is definitely an asset to the company . Food was wonderful, staff was extremely professional and helpful and the bar staff very patience with us staying a bit longer than planned. We can't thank you enough. I would leave 10 starts if it was possible. No doubt we will be back again.

I was looking for a hotel that had a bar where I could chill out and do some work and this is the perfect spot. I was also served by an amazing waitress called Maisey. Will definitely be visiting here again when in Edinburgh, it’s really nice and quiet but has a really cozy atmosphere.

Visited recently with my brother. There were excellent seats free at window (its a 4 seat snug - 2 small seats facing each other with nice views) so we took that. I have been there many times with my partner and sat in same place.The waiter came over and told us it was "reserved". Moved us to two not so nice seats next to doorway with people coming in/out.No one came to the first table in the hour we were there. Felt like they just wanted to keep the nice table for 4 people instead. Felt a bit miffed tbh.Perhaps because it was 2 blokes and not a couple, felt a bit discriminated against tbh. Been several times befoe but this time leaves me feeling not overly keen to go back.
Loved it, although when we were there, we couldn't eat in the restaurant , as it had a ceiling issue. Great food, lovely evening

A group of 6 of us recently enjoyed evening drinks in Juniper Edinburgh.Our drinks were served to us by Claudia and Meghan. They were wonderfully attentive and their cheerful and friendly personalities added to our very pleasant evening.Juniper has an extremely comfortable and smart cocktail bar with magnificent views of the city skyline to enjoy whilst enjoying a leisurely drink or two. We will be back.

The head waiter lied to us. We booked for afternoon tea.when we arrived, head waiter told us they were not doing afternoon tea.But we could use our voucher ( present)From daughter and son in law.)For lunch, which we did. But when finished .waiter produced bill, I handed voucher over, he left to come back telling us we could not use only at there Jupiter Hotel George St. Which I can't find. End result they have cashed in on my voucher and money for lunchExpensive day for light lunch.Would No Go Again ripe offVery disappointing
