Absolutely outstanding service. I have absolutely no idea about coffee, as I was looking for a gift for my boyfriend, and the lovely staff helped me pick something out based on my very very bare knowledge, and gave me samples for next time. And their taste guarantee is very helpful.

Shopped earlier this week and bought the Raspberry Ripple hot chocolate. I also signed up as a member as offered the kind employee. This hot chocolate is the best I have ever tried (coming from a loyal Hotel Chocolat) customer. The employees were very helpful and offered me samples of their tea. Will definitely be shopping here again and excited to try new flavours.
