We went here because my boyfriend is obsessed with going to McDonalds in different countries to try their special items. The food was just alight but the seating was small and the building full. There was trash everywhere and it didn’t look very clean.

I did not have a great experience here. The food was okay, the kind of grade you would expect from a McDonald's, but the staff was rude. When I decided to go through the drive-thru, I was met with a member of staff saying with an attitude, "What do you want?" which surprised me. When I paid, I was slightly overcharged by about £2, but I didn't bother expressing this as I wanted to leave by then.

Great macdonalds, good food, and quick service, somewhat clean bathrooms are not, though (normal for macdonalds)
Maybe I went on a bad day. But the fries were terrible, the atmosphere wasn't the best as well.

Grand restaurant a la sortie de la station de bus d Édimbourg. Bon emplacement, prix très correct par rapport à la France. Produit presque similaire au notre.Bémol sur l état du restaurant, complètement sale, ça en est même choquant... L état des WC.. une catastrophe. Le restaurant ferme a 2h du matin. Nous nous sommes attablés a même pas 20h avec nos enfants nos valises et sacs pour nous dire que la salle fermée... On a déménager dans la salle inférieur... On finit paisiblement notre repas .. on commande des boissons chaudes... Nous n' avons pas le temps de les boire vers 21h30 que la salle va fermer aussi... On est partit un peu dessus Sachant qu il reste que les places du RDC et qu il doit y en avoir une dizaines...Bof intéressant pour manger sur le pouce pas pour se poser et profiter de leur emplacement.Sinon il y a des bornes de commande à tous les étages.Dans la dernière salle vous trouverez une table centrale avec des tablettes pour les enfants.. notre fils n'a pas eu le temps d en profiter.Les sauces ketchups sont en libre service ainsi que le sucre le lait ect...Vous trouverez les prises pour chargé a toutes les tables ainsi que des inductions sur les tables mais ça ne fonctionnait pas.Dietary restrictions: Plusieurs plat veggie proposés et vous pouvez toujours modifier vos sandwichsKid-friendliness: Il y a des tablettes et des tables adaptés. Leur petites tailles dans la dernière salle qui ferme en premierWheelchair accessibility: RDC

My old dad had a bit of a tumble over a step he didn't see, but the staff were terrific, cleaning his cuts and calling an ambulance for him. I wish I had the manager's name, because he deserves a special call out for going above and beyond. Dad's fine by the way, dented but not broken!
