Discovered chicken mayo missing from drive through order. Absolutely shocking service, happy to pass me any type of burger she can find. 1st time was a cheeseburger, second one was a chicken bacon mayo. Lukewarm and frankly disgusting. No apology for inconvenience just a look on her face as if to say 'what?'.All this happening next to a bloke whose whole order was wrong.Do some serious service training with your employees McDonald's. Please.

I asked for my sausage mcmuffin to have no egg as I have a serious allergy to egg , the wrapper even said no egg. I went to take a bite just before I did I spotted egg. If the staff paid as much attention to customer as they did to each others gossip I might of got the correct order. Also what if I had not spotted it or the it happened to some one else ... but it would be fine as long as the staff got their gossip

One word to describe the staff we encountered at this branch "Jobsworths". Wouldn't allow us to add pickles and lettuce to a burger with the excuse of "it will confuse the kitchen"I worry for who they have working on the line If this request is remotely confusing ? The girl on the drive through had a bad attitude and the manager wasn't much better!

Went through the drive through thinking it would take ages but no it wasn't too long. The staff could cheer up a bit I don't know whose face was the worst the girl taking the order or the girls giving out the food. Cheer up

You used to walk into Mcdonalds and there would be a mass of staff saying "welcome to Mcdonalds, how can I help you", then you'd queue for a short time and your meal would be prepared right in front of your eyes. Generally, this isn't the case anymore - our local Mcdonalds (Telford road, Edinburgh) hardly ever has staff at the tiny little counter and when you use self service and and table service, it can take in excess of 20mins to get your food to your table (it's certainly not FAST FOOD anymore) BUT... THIS McDonalds, (Newbridge, Edinburgh) had lots of staff. We used self service to order, and table service (we have a toddler!) and the food came within less than 10mins (even though the restaurant was busy!), and was really hot/fresh. The restaurant was full with lots of atmosphere and staff attentively pottering around. It felt exactly like how Mcdonalds used to be. Well done for keeping up the standard guys!
Food was hot and milkshake was available swift service on drive thru.The parking is a bit of an issue at this branch.There is parking but it seems to also be used by people that aren't eating at Mcdonald.Parking: Not many spaces left due to long term parking cars causing chaos for visitors to the restaurant.
