Cozy little restaurant that mainly serves Mediterranean food. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. As for the food itself, we mainly took different small mezzes to share, which we all enjoyed.I would say though that the prices were too high for the portions we received (a lot of decorative vegetables) but I’ve noticed it’s often the case for restaurants that offer this type of food.Overall a good experience!

We had the loveliest meal at Meze Meze on Rose Street. There were four of us and we ordered the feast, and every single dish was delicious and fresh. The veggies were the show stopper. The sweetest man, who I assume was the owner, brought our kiddos two Turkish delights on the house. I only regret not ordering dessert. Alcohol selection was great, and the table was comfy.

My husband and I made a reservation for lunch on our last day in Edinburgh. The tzatziki and falafel were absolutely incredible, veggies were fresh and crisp, and service was quick! We ordered the dolmadakia, chicken skewer, arancini, halloumi and bravas, as well. Everything was delicious, and we would recommend to anyone who loves authentic Mediterranean food.

Full marks. Lots of food envy as I around the room, but I didnt need to worry. Best meal we have had during our time in Edinburgh...

Staff are really friendly, and the food is very tasty, but there's a lot of salad, and where we're from we're not used to that, so we also ordered salad as well. We chose 3 meze dishes each rather than one meal each. But that was a lot of food, I would suggest 2 dishes each, and maybe an extra one if really hungry. The pitta is quite filling but is presented in a paper bag. Which I'm not sure why.We could here a few people complaining to each other about the lack of meat in the dishes, particularly the cubed lamb, which looked quite small tiny bite size pieces. We've ordered this in the past and probably like others, expected chunky cubes. Obviously everywhere is different. However, like I said, food is lovely but it's heavy on the salad and fruit.

Lovely place and really good service however the food was a let down. It was all very flavourless and only just slightly better than the hummus/babaganoush you’d buy in a tub in a shop.

One of my favourite restaurants in Edinburgh - absolutely incredible food! A great date place.

Super cozy and quaint! Romantic small setting with fast service. The fusion of foods was incredible. We had the risotto balls, meatballs, olives, tetrazzini with warm pita, chicken skewers and hummus were all amazing. I would highly recommend eating here and sampling multiple small plates.

the service was sub par, food was mediocre at best.I would honestly recommend everyone to look for alternatives when it comes to Mediterranean food.

Just amazing! My wife had 3 hot Meze (the lamb humus was superb). For me, the zesty lentil soup and chicken based tagine were delicious. Extremely fresh food with an explosion of different flavours. Staff were delightful, helpful and accommodating throughout our meal and the atmosphere in the place was perfect! This is our first time in Edinburgh and we have not been disappointed. We will definitely be coming back here to eat when we revisit. ?
