Just wanted to give a shout out for our exceptional waiter, Brenainn! Being from the U.S., we needed some assistance, navigating the dinner menu. Brenainn answered all our questions, in a very friendly, but professional manner. He also offered a few recommendations for our choices. We took his advice, and everyone left happy and sated. We had our first meal in Edinburgh here after a long trip, and it was the best choice ever! The soup and salmon were good, and we loved the beer too. But the Balmoral chicken was simply the best and it definitely was something we never tried before. Now we are back in Korea and terribly miss the chicken already.. we will definitely come back when we are back in town!
