Good Butchers?and Fruit and Veg? + Cafe?There's easy access and plenty of parking for Disabled drivers? the store has been refurbished for the better. The ailes are wider and more accessible.The food in the cafe has a good selection , a small breakfast and a pot of tea,six pounds is a bargain.

Absolutely can not complain about this breakfast. Pleasant surprise to see a vegan breakfast on the menu. We'll done Morrisons.Staff were absolutely rushed off their feet. I saw a staff member get up and go back to work during their break. Absolute world-class service, but please make sure they get commended for how hard they worked.

I booked a click and collect order at the Morrisons branch at 30 New Swanston, Edinburgh, EH10 7JA. The collection slot given was between 4 and 5 so I arrived at the store at ten past four to await the email letting me tell them I was there. No email came so at 5 I called the customer service line. The customer service agent attempted to call the store but couldn't get an answer and informed me they had no other way of contacting the store. At ten past five I went into store and spoke to customer services who rang for a manager. This manager informed me that the system was down and pushed my groceries over on a huge trolley. He then said just push that out to your car and leave it when you're done. I have a shoulder injury so pushing the large trolley was incredibly painful. I wasted an hour of my life to get the groceries when they should have put a sign up saying there was system issues at the click and collect bays or sent an email to all the order recipients. I will never be using this service again it was a complete joke.

Morrisons cafe served us 2 freezing baked potato’s, the staff were really nice about it but they really shouldn’t have served us it knowing they were cold, when you cut open a baked potato there’s steam and there certainly wasn’t any coming off of these ones..No knives or coffee available either which is a bit ridiculous, a lot of messy tables, won’t be back to this one.

The customer service at this place is bad. The staff there are quite rude. The reason of they treat foreign people poorly and impolitely. I believe this is because there is no diversity in their team. This is why they do not treat foreign customers professionally. I have visited Morrison's often and have always felt bad after my visits. This is my last time visiting. In general, the shop is quite nice and has a wide variety of choices.
