Avoid if poss. I bought petrol. Paid by card. Days later I received a letter from company called VARS listing me as Drive Away. Not my fault if person on till was too busy talking and I assume didn't press the correct button. Now causing inconvenience as I have to find out what exactly happened.

The person behind the counter was on their phone while i was walking up to them and continued to stay on their phone while I was waiting for my items to be scanned. I bought a panini and expected it to be heated up for me but it was not. It was a very unpleasant experience I expected more.

Went in here to use the toilet as I have IBS and had diarrhoea and once I was finished there was no toilet roll to be seen anywhere. I am lucky I had a paper tissue in my bag or I don’t know what I would have done, left feeling dirty as I couldn’t clean myself properly. There was plenty toilet paper on the floor and it was filthy from whoever had used it last. Clearly not being cleaned properly. Won’t be using that one again

Have a lotto machine here but none of the staff are trained to use it.Some even struggle with spoken EnglishVery handy services. Also motorway prices in a local garage. An overall disaster in customer service and attitude.

What a unpleasant place. Yes you can buy fuel which is overpriced and I would suggest only if desperate. The female toilets are out of order so you have to ask for the disabled toilet key which also doesnt allow you to use your radar key. The disabled toilet is disgusting and needs to be cleaned and kept clean. Out of 3 coffee machines 2 work and are dirty. The staff were ok but would rather stand chatting about night clubs than serving. The Jamie Oliver Deli is a joke. We asked for 2 peppered steaks and were told they didnt have any even though there were bakes in that slot and under that name. We were told they were cheese and onion and to help ourselves. With a large queue behind us we just got them paid and left and will not be back

False pricing in the shop. Biscuits advertised at 2.09 were charged as 2.49. Staff don't care about the false pricing.
Shell petrol station with shop. Travelodge hotel and Starbucks also on site. Not huge amounts of parking space, but adequate - didn't have any problem finding a space. Plenty of pumps to fill up at and hgv filling facilities.

Lovely and convenient place to go to fuel up and to use the toilet!

Why are there 2 male toilets and 1 shared woman/disabled. The shared one was in use when I was there, the 2 male toilets were free, and when the door opened a man came out the woman/disabled. I know not all disabilities are visible, but why do disabled/women have to share 1 when there are 2 for males?
