Great stop. Quick service nice bright clean shop. While I was waiting in the line be served rush hour typical monday morning. Couldn’t help notice lady on took time with elderly customers. Seems have a good bond this alone made me smile inside. one elderly man actually said me she’s the best when lady served me I was greeted with a warm smile short interaction but very pleasant. Before I departed wished a safe journey

After entering the toilet, the idiots from the staff started activating the alarm located on the ceiling, which had never happened before. This alarm is so loud that it scared me out of it all, I peed in my shell, on the floor and on the walls, where I had to clean it up later.

Service station with standard prices. It is clean and well maintained.It is convenient as it is close to Edinburgh airport.There are not too many people at peak times.

We had to quickly refuel before we could return the car to the airport. Refueling and the payment process worked super quickly and smoothly. The employee was very friendly and personable.

Very rude cashier in the morning Will not use this place any more. I just didn’t understand what does this sign mean simple because it doesn’t say anything and when asked the cashier she just blamed me and made me feel i am stupid!! Instead of saying sorry it is not clear she told me it is your mistake to use it because you’re the only person who doesn’t understand it!!!! Moreover she is telling me i am going to speak to my manager because you could cause risk to our staff! This very rude and very poor customer service! Never seen this before in the uk, what a pity!!!

Great station with good range of soft drinks snacks and hot food. There a lady with long dark hair ( tied up )she’s worked there for a long time. I was fuelling at Shell Friday glad to see young lady still there. Customer service is five star Always treated well Would recommend
