Its a lovely starbucks store, just on the corner of Lothian road, which is pretty close to my accommodation on Grove St. I ordered a tall Latte which is very delicious. The space for costumers is not quite large, about 10 square meters however I still love the atmosphere here.

The staff should maybe get a little better at reading the orders that come through on justeat. . Ordered a ham and cheese crossaint and hot the toastie which has mustard and I'm allergic too! 10/10 for customer safety there Starbucks! ? . And because I ordered it the only thing I could do was get a refund, and be with no food! Not ideal when you're sick! ?

Has been firmly part of the furniture in the Edinburgh Starbucks scene for a long time now.

Not the cleanest of Starbucks I have visited.

The cheese toastie here literally kept me from hangry killing all the people. Five out of five stars.

Very pleasant experience here. The staff were lovely, interacted with us whilst we waited and wished us a nice day on our way out.

Popped in for a coffee to take away, stood at the desk waiting to be served and was ignored, it was as if I was invisible lol the girls behind the counter were to busy chatting about being hungover. Left after a few minutes empty handed.

This is my favourite Starbucks to get some work done at. The location is really great, and there is ample seating for customers (do not be fooled by the smaller exterior). Good and consistent coffee, and they are open much later than other coffee shops which is an added bonus. It is also neater and less hectic than other Starbucks locations - some of the busiest ones are always messy and take ages to prepare your drink, but you won't find that problem here.

Popped in as I was waiting for a friend and it was pouring with rain. Quite small and very busy.

Soul-less Starbucks run by the usual disinterested young people. Reasonable standard of cleanliness and warmth. One high step prevents unassisted entry at front door, though level inside with one disabled toilet cubicle that is also available to others. Most tables would need to be moved to facilitate wheelchair access to toilet and/or to create space for a chair-bound person to sit alongside a table, several of which are of the low, coffee table variety. Usual variety of bland snacks available. Only the location makes this a remotely desirable place to meet friends.
