Absolutely dying for a good cup of morning coffee and we're so pleased that this location serves brewed (filter) coffee. And kudos to the barista that served us and made my coffee with cream perfectly.

The staff were SUPER friendly and nice. We went here about 10 minutes before they closed and they didn’t make us feel like a burden. Place itself was clean ‘enough’, and with a Starbucks you know what you’re getting coffee-wise.

Starbucks never disappoints. Their coffee is very good, and this place on the Royal Mile is very nice, with beautiful views from its windows. Very friendly staff.

A classic and random Starbucks. Good coffee and a lot of people. Friendly service!

Ordinary Starbucks... Usual quality. Unfortunately, the atmosphere in the upper seating area does not exude comfort. It was also very cold.

The workers were super nice, polite and considerate.

Great coffee and well priced. I recommend it both to drink locally and to take around the city. But if you have time, it is well worth going up to the second floor and relaxing in the spacious and cozy living room. We went during Christmas holidays, and we got the tree table, it couldn't have been better. But in addition, the large windows they have offer very beautiful views of the Royal Mile, the market right next to it and the beginning of Cockburn Street.Highly highly recommended

When we got there around lunch time it was pretty busy, only a few staff behind the bar and they were absolutely smashing it - we were waiting behind maybe 10 or more people and got our coffee within 5 minutes! Lovely staff, clean place. Shout out to Jessica, Charlotte and caitlin, craig and Scott who made our experience a good one!

All okay, the only draw back is that to go to the toilet you need a code in the code is in the bill, (which you need to purchase something,)then only will you be able to use it so if you lose the bill, don’t even think about using the toilet!

Cute Starbucks but not a fan of the eggnog latte

Always reliable for coffee and food, and this location was no different. Good selection of treats, hot and cold. We opted for red velvet cake and iced caramel latte for me and speculous muffin and hot chocolate for my friend. We even opted to sit outside to enjoy the winter sun. And people watch too! As expected both drinks and cake went down well and were enjoyed by both of us! Nice location, with plenty of footfall, and quick service.

Good starbucks coffee, and good friendly service. The upstairs is spacious and has good views of the Edinburgh architecture. Only thing that is a miss is the slow slowwww slow

Been here twice, once 4 years ago and I thought it was BEAUTIFUL. An art piece. Somewhere I belonged, and when I returned back from my long needed journey to ethiopia, oh. It’s uglyy as hell…..Oh wow. Modernised…. Not aesthetic, BRING THE OLD ONE BACK A(PERIOD.)
