the guy took 10 minutes to even finish a sandwich he was making before we even came in after that when he was making it he kept putting the wrong things on because he hardly spoke any english and never understood what i was asking him to put on it and then accused me of having a fake £20 and asked for more money so i just walked out?

It's a Subway at the end of the day. Had no problems the twice visited but as a visitor I was a little concerned that it was empty twice inc a weekend lunchtime!

Probably the oddest experience of a Subway I've ever had. A friend and I came in to grab some quick food on a Saturday night. The guy working there said he had some orders to do before he served us, fair enough. He went the full way through making my sub, ringing it up, etc, then went through to the back for a minute, then eventually came back and started making my friend's, rather than the usual approach of making one while the other is in the over. He seemed confused that my friend wanted crisps *and* a cookie. He asked the bread type at least 3 times. They'd run out of my friend's order, and he gestured to the tub as if that should have been obvious to us. And he clearly couldn't be bothered being there at all. At least two customers came in, waited for a bit, gave up and walked out before we were served.

I don't usually leave reviews but after my experience today with subway ‘The Bridges/Tron Sq’ I had to warn other people. Its also going to be my last time in this store. The guy serving wasn't remotely interested could hardly paid attention to me and and didn't seem to want to there. Got a lot of what I said wrong and moved at a snails pace, no offer of meal deal. Appearance money they must be on because zero customer service. Visited 19/12/23 12:20pmThe sandwich cost nearly £7 and had virtually nothing on it. That was the cheapest sandwich too, a veggie delight!! Well below the usual standard at this chain. The potato wedges were hard and under cooked, inedible. They cost £1.79 and had to go in the bin. The dip that was with it so tiny it was not worth handing out!All in all a shocking Subway rip off total of £8.28

I really don’t want to write super negative reviews. But this brunch has lots of problems. Staff is busy for private stuff during I ordered, they didn’t listen what I am saying. Also when she making my food, she didn’t stop talking on the phone. I am very suspicious this all of split food, and couldn’t eat it. She ruined my breakfast and morning.

I brought a sandwich they overcharged me and the area manager she approached me and said we have not overcharged you I spent £25 at subway guys!! I only brought a meal deal for £11. Libby was very rude and racist as I told her I’m new in town she said she didn’t like the fact how I’m asking for directions and I should use google maps instead of asking her and to top it up she said I have an accent. Guys this is not the place to visit!!! They are not here to serve us they only are here to rob us and abuse us I will escalate this matter further to HR and report her!!!

Who ever worked today at south bridge subway definitely needs help. Very slow. He was alone but he was taking his own sweet time to do thing. Even though he saw customers waiting he was slowly making online order and after that he decided to make sub. Wasted almost 15 mins of my half n hr brk to get that sub in hand.

Whatever idiot was on at 5pm Thursday 28th should lose their job. Ordered online and got the wrong drink, wrong cookie, wrong sandwich and didn’t include crisps…. Thanks for the full refund. It’s not a hard job….

My absolute go to subway. Was in a bit of a pickle and the main guy on shift absolutely made my day and did me a proper solid. Definitely my go to lunch place. Annoyed I didn’t get his name so extra kudos to the main dude on on Monday the 6th of March around lunch time. deserves a ton of recognition for his friendly and amicable attitude and made getting my lunch a delight.

Huge thank you to the gentleman with the dark beard who served me a very complicated and large order with patience and profesionalism- I tried to make a note of his name and I believe it was something like 'Aljard'. Apologies if I've gotten that wrong. Either way, it was the man on shift at 11-12 on Monday the 6th March. Big thank you to him and I hope he gets appreciated for his great work.

Probably one of the worst subway in the UK.The staff is not fully trained and cannot apply their promotion offer from their own app, charged me the full price at the end.It is unreasonable for a new staff to operate the shop on his own and not even providing a standard level of service.

Continually given very little vegetables in my sandwiches - I counted 8 pieces of lettuce in my entire sub. Sandwiches feel empty, instead of full and filled.

they don’t put generous filling like it should be or like in any other country I’ve been,not sure if it’s the only branch or not, because it was my first subway in edinburgh. but definitely disappointed. ordered a footlong sandwich and my tummy isn’t full at all??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ whereas, usually I’ll be full with just a 6 inch subway meal..
