I am frequent customer on this shop. Totally disappointed and impolite service of those fat bar tender and purple hair lady. I do not recommend you all to visit this restaurant and not respect on to oversea people and non white .

It’s a decent pub with pretty good food, although on the expensive side. Wish they didn’t show 27/4 news on their screens, it ruins the atmosphere

Good service, great food and decent prices. Wide range of beers as well. All good- and would visit again if in the area.

Friendly service. Staff are fantastic and take great care with their customers.Unfortunately the food was not great and the meat tastes really like cheap cuts are used, too much salt is used on the pies and the chips.I would defo return for a drink but sadly wouldn't dine here again.

We are local, so have been going to this pub (on-and-off) for a long time. The front of house staff were brilliant; attentive and really friendly - absolute asset to the business. The two issues we had were with the food and how cold the premises were. Both aspects spoilt the occasion. The pub was freezing; we've been before and had the same issue. This really needs to be sorted; no-one wants to eat in a cold establishment. I ordered the roast. The meat was ok, but looking at the shape, I suspected it was carved from a frozen joint (rectangular in appearance). And the Yorkshires were as flat as a pancake. Really disappointing. A real shame as I love this pub - always a good atmosphere and nicely decorated.

The food... not good. Burger meat roasted and very dry. Very expensive quality-price...The service and atmosphere was good, and the dog allowed.

Poor choice for vegetarians and vegans, had a lovely risotto a few months ago but the menu has changed. Service was great though.

Very poor service, food took over an hour to arrive and was certainly not 'gastro' as described. The crayfish and avocado ciabatta initially appeared to be devoid of avocado though on inspection I found a smear of what may have been guacamole. We had to inhale our food which arrived 6 mins after our film at the Dominion Cinema started meaning we missed at least 10 mins of the film. The worst thing was the lack of interest from staff who didn't seem to care and did not warn us on arrival that there was only one chef in the kitchen - learned this only after checking for the third time when our two sandwiches would be ready. Pity really. A stressful start to a rare afternoon out without the kids.
