Really nice place to go for a meal. The restaurant had a really nice buzz without being loud and it was well priced.Really good service too!Dietary restrictions: Lots on the menu can be made gluten free. I have coeliac, so I don't have a choice and the GF options were no trouble at all for them

The cafe just opened recently and I have already been twice. You get great, fast and friendly service. You also get a great view of Edinburgh Castle.Vegetarian options: Didn't notice if there were vegetarian options as I am not a vegetarian.Parking: I had breakfast one day and then a lunch the following day. Just love the place SO much.

Absolute top address, it is an upscale restaurant, but it is worth a visit. Absolutely great food, great service and a great ambience.

Great location. Staff very friendly and professional. Very clean. Great food (buffet breakfast). In the room there are infusions, coffee, chocolate and water along with shortbread and crisps, it is changed daily and is included in the price. The super comfortable bed. The only "but" is the temperature of the room, especially the bathroom, which tended to be cold and the water in the shower was not too hot and was difficult to regulate.Even so we will repeat for sure! Greetings to all the Spaniards who work at the hotel, thank you for treating us so well!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Scottish Breakfast.

I was staying in the Hotel Indigo for one night on a dinner deal. I started with two rounds of drinks in the Juniper bar £32. Then onto dinner at 19:30. We chose a lovely booth and went for a starter and main, 3 large glasses of wine each and a small cheeseboard to share. You get £40pp meal allowance which is enough for 2 courses. I paid £82 on departure for the wine night! The food was amazing with delicately balanced flavours and textures. I would recommend this restaurant. The only downside was returning one of the glasses of wine as it tasted off. However the waiter apologised and quickly brought a replacement. The hotel desk was £174 for a one night stay on a Friday in February.

I forgot to say thank you to a Spanish waiter and even though it’s not their traditional for them to say thank you every time they take your plate or do something, he said thank you after he had taken my plate and I was thank you for him asking about something he didn’t know. I didn’t think that was required. I just felt embarrassed that he had to remind me.The mushroom starter the mushrooms were overcooked and I wasn’t keen on the sauce. I should have gone for the soup instead.I got the smaller ceaser salad and I didn’t order chips as well like everyone else was over ordering so sadly there was a lot of wasted food. There wasn’t a simple chocolate and nut torte. But a fancy Black Forest version that didn’t sound very appealing and as everyone else had overindulged they were full and I still hungry because I should have chosen the larger cesar salad as a the smaller one didn’t fill me up because of the small starter. I don’t normally go to posh restaurants. I now see why.
