Love the tea from here but was very dissatisfied with service today. My sister dropped a tester in the shop and was asked to clean up. I think it is bizzare for a customer to be asked to clean up by staff, especially in the rude manner that she was asked. With the staff saying “so are you going to clean that up or not then?”, very disappointed especially as he just stood and watched afterwards.

Best tea in the land, honestly my friends love this place i do as well, the tea is absolutely amazing, fresh taste with a choice of 'loose' and 'bagged' so if you don't have a kettle for loose tea this place has you covered. Go here if you like tea, coffee or maybe even a cheeky hot chocolate??

Disgusting coffees, every one of them. They taste so bad and unnaturally flavoured, would never recommend this company to anyone with taste. The only thing the coffee here should be used for is linning bins!!! Never buy from this company, they never even get back to you even when you complain
