If you want fresh fruit and veg, don't go to asda. This store has to be the worst for selection of the basics. It has gradually got worse and now has more empty shelves than stocked shelves.

Absolutely dire customer services!Had a order delivered, driver said one of my delivery trays was missing. The driver told me it would be delivered the next day....never arrived. I called etx 260 at the store. Got a lady named Nicki, I explained what had happened, she didn't know anything about it. She asked me to call her back with a list of my missing goods, which I did, to be called a LIAR about some cheese that was missing saying 'that's hard to believe 'I asked her to speak to the driver to be told he wasn't in work until the next day. Today on the phone she said he would be back on Mon, not Sunday ! I'm still waiting for my order to arrive?I spend a lot of money in the Asda store in Elgin all year round. Looks like I'm going to go to Tesco instead from now on.My delivery was on the 30th of Nov, this is Sunday, still nothing!Very bad service. Especially being called a liar over a poxy bit of cheese?I am upset about that & I've been anxious about her attitude all weekend.This isn't on !I will have to get in touch with the ombudsman regarding this. Also social media. Totally disgusted by this.

The Elgin store is grubby and well past its sell by date. However, the staff are brilliant and helpful. Some of the security staff can be jobsworths, so always have your till receipts ready tae shew. Needs a massive overhaul, but George items remain competitive.

Bought a rain jacket for use in Glasgow, never checked jacket just packed in bag. When I put jacket on found pair of gloves and hankies in pocket
